(IF, TODAY, THEN, AND, TOMORROW)
IF you run THIS-MORNING, THEN you will start this day in the best way AND there is a better chance that you will do it TOMORROW
IF you clear surfaces, tables and other spaces TODAY, THEN you have a better chance of preparing Sack Lunches TOMORROW

AND
IF you SPIN and BRUSH tonight, THEN you have a better chance of doing that again TOMORROW night
AND
IF you fix the FIASCO TODAY, then TOMORROW, you are in a better position to continue forward to the goal
