Conceivably, we could climb on that bike any time for a quick workout
Maybe predictably, we’ve under-utilized the machine initially
and are only pondering whether we should share it with those in the front-house
Surprisingly, we start each day participating in a 10 minute online meditation
It’s a very grounding start to the day – a focus
