If I had to lose 20 lbs I would:
· Avoid alcohol
· Walk 10k steps a day
· Lift weights 4x a week
· Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep
· Replace snacking with water
· Say yes to healthy food & no to crap foods
I’d focus on these for 6 months & remind myself to be patient.

· Write
· Exercise
· Avoid alcohol
· Keep learning
· Prioritize sleep
· Have good friends
· 10k steps a day in nature
· Constantly upgrade your skills
· Get your body to a healthy body fat %
· Eat a single ingredient nutrient dense diet
