Retirement is a negative cash-flow
There are benefits from escaping the day-to-day grind
But nothing is more black-and-white than:
-Retirement with its expensive lodgings and depletion of funds
-vs Continuing on the Payroll in current affordable “digs” continuing to build savings
It was night and day
Chilling, Worrying, Reality
Not only are you in a retirement home, but you are judged as someone living in a retirement home and people (retirement home workers) will be checking up on you as they do with everyone in the retirement home
Otherwise, you could live more smartly, while you can, enjoying freedom and spending money more casually
