I stopped eatingbeef/chicken/pork couple of years ago. Went plant based plus some fish. Blood pressure dropped 20 points, cholesterol 50 points, blood sugar dropped 10 points and I ended up losing 15 pounds. Very positive experience for me.
have a cup of Greek strained plain yogurt everyday (Cucumbers, Dill, Parsley, Mint, Grated Garlic, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt and Black Pepper)
