The Average Male lives to 76
I heard this on the Bill Maher, who I always watch (although i don’t worship him)
He seems to be right on many things and he is provocative
So . . . what happens if I initially plan for a life through 76

I was terrified by a friend (probably) in her 70s, who was on a 9 day pilgrimage to Rome. She kept falling, had the worst breath, is a little uncensored (and boring) and I feared that I will eventually become that person
I can improve my situation with fitness, hygiene, self reflection, and keeping myself involved socially
